&lt;P&gt;We've made an excellent arrangement with &lt;STRONG&gt;Wesam Chtay &lt;/STRONG&gt;and &lt;STRONG&gt;Christopher Watters&lt;/STRONG&gt;, owners of &lt;STRONG&gt;The Vintage Lounge&lt;/STRONG&gt;, to use their kitchen as our permanent home, while also selling Rio's Brazilian through the lounge every Tuesday through Saturday, from 4pm to 10pm.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The Vintage Lounge is a new night spot located on Trinity between 5th and 6th streets, just down the street from Eddie V's, the Austin Convention Center, and the Hilton Hotel.&amp;nbsp; We're next to the Coppertank at 504 Trinity Street.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Rio's Brazilian serves appetizers including our salgadinhos such as &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Kibe&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;, &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Risoli de Frango&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and our gluten-free Yuca-root pastry, &lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Bolinho de Aipim&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;.&amp;nbsp; We're also serving full dinners like the traditional &lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Estrogonofe de Frango&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;, as well as soups, salads and desserts.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Luis Eduardo also designed our three new Cheese Bread labels and our t-shirts, coming to a Farmers' Market near you!&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Jose sautees jumbo shrimp in Rio's Mango Malagueta.&amp;nbsp; He adds enough so it's a bit soupy, adding vegetables and the like during the cooking process.&amp;nbsp; Then, when the shrimp are done, he adds cooked fettucine to the sautee pan and mixes it all up.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Jose tells us that there's still a bit of spice in there, but not too much for those who aren't big spice fans.&amp;nbsp; And he tells us it's ... it's delicious!&lt;/P&gt;
